Sara offers individual therapy for older teens (15+) and adults. Certified in InfraSlow Neurofeedback (a bottom-up approach for supporting people to come out of fight or flight and regulate the Autonomic Nervous System) and Master Therapist in the Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM). NARM is focuses on attachment, relational and developmental trauma and working with patterns that cause life-long psychobiological symptoms and interpersonal difficulties. Offers a compassionate and non-judgemental space for clients to explore what is true for them. Experienced in providing support for those who are questioning an identity that no longer fits, working through pieces of internalized oppression, working on coming out to their community, experiencing relationship challenges that do not fit cis-gendered, heteronormative standards, queering parenthood and family creation, known donors, etc. Queer identified.
