										Biographical Info

Are you seeking meaningful change but unsure where to start? Woodland Nature Therapy offers in-person and telehealth psychotherapy sessions along with couples and family counseling. In addition, I provide in-person Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for treatment-resistant mental health issues.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, and my person-centered approach is tailored to address each client’s individual needs. As an openly gay parent in a longterm interracial marriage, I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment. I have considerable experience in treating depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, and challenges related to sexuality and relationships. Additionally, I have received extensive training with the LGBTQIA+ community culminating with an MSW internship at the UCSF Alliance Health Project in San Francisco, where I specialized in mental health care focused on gender identity and sexual orientation.
Whenever possible, I integrate Forest Therapy—using nature to promote healing—on my serene, five-acre property near the Russian River. The office, surrounded by redwoods and designed with biophilic elements, encourages restoration and well-being. Clients can choose to participate in a walking individual psychotherapy session as part of their experience.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, reach out to Woodland Nature Therapy. I look forward to supporting you.
