As your counselor, I'm here to create a safe, supportive, and unapologetically affirming space - whether you identify as neurodivergent, transgender, non-binary, or part of the LGBTQ+ community. My role is to empower you to tell your story on your own terms, honoring the unique resilience you've forged through life's challenges. I understand the importance of providing a judgment-free environment where you can openly explore your identity and experiences without fear of discrimination or invalidation. My aim is to be a collaborative partner in your healing journey, guiding you with compassion and respect every step of the way. Whether you're navigating ADHD or autism or high sensitivity, recovering from religious trauma, or seeking more meaningful relationships, I provide a grounding, reassuring presence. I’ll be with you as you explore your identity or integrate spiritual and psychedelic experiences into daily life. Together we'll turn your insights into positive change. In addition to my psychotherapy training, I have over a decade of experience practicing and teaching meditation and philosophy in Buddhist, Daoist, and Yoga traditions. I also have a background in Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. These experiences give me a breadth of modalities to draw on while staying focused on your mental health and wellness goals.
