Krystal Ying

Krystal is an ally who is open, accepting, and continuously learning about trans/expansive people and communities. She has completed trainings by various trans and gnc therapists to offer low-fee or pro bono (if available) single-session assessment and letter-writing services to reduce gate-keeping to crucial gender healthcare. Krystal specializes in helping folx heal from sexual harm/trauma using somatic therapy (sensorimotor psychotherapy). She became interested in providing therapy for trans people when trans folx sought her services out to primarily process sexual trauma. It was apparent that she needed to receive training and education to more competently serve her trans clients, and she continues striving to expand her training and understanding. Krystal is a licensed therapist in CA and OR, offers virtual and in-person therapy (in Sebastopol, CA), and work with individuals using somatic, neurobiologically - and trauma-informed therapy.
