I am a transpersonal therapist who brings a deeply human-centered, attuned presence to my work. As a trans non-binary practitioner, I offer an affirming and grounded space where clients are met with authenticity, respect, and care. I have a natural capacity to sit with people in the fullness of their experience, honoring each person’s unique journey without rushing or imposing. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and transpersonal perspectives. I work to support clients in gently exploring their inner worlds, cultivating awareness of embodied experience, and building compassionate relationships with all parts of themselves. My work emphasizes safety, curiosity, and deep listening, allowing healing to unfold at a pace that feels right for each individual. I have walked with transgender folks in all stages of transition, understand that each person's journey is unique, and to be treated as such.
