I focus on working with neurodivergent adults and firmly believe in embracing diversity of race, neurotype, sexuality, and gender. I work with a lens of social justice and cultural humility. I have been honored to serve the queer (including trans) community throughout my career. I also provide supervision, consultation, and continuing education courses for therapists on neurodiversity-affirming practices, which is undeniably linked to trans-affirming practices. I tailor my approach to suit each person, but my work is influenced by the Neurodiversity Movement and Neurodiversity Paradigm, The Theory of Positive Disintegration, Neuroqueer Theory, Brainspotting, Somatic/Movement Therapies, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Ecotherapy, Expressive Arts, Trauma Theory, Anti-racism, Attachment Theory, and Mythology. Unable to accept insurance, but can provide superbill.
