Biographical Info
I am a queer therapist providing gender affirming care including individual, couples, and family therapy since 2019. I attend trainings regularly, have personal experience with family, friends and myself around gender exploration, support medical and non-medical transitioning, write letters of support for surgery, help folx create safety plans for navigating systemic oppression, work with families struggling with family members transitions, and provide LGBT+ couples/polycules therapy. I utilize Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Expressive Arts therapy, DBT, CBT, embodiment practices, and nondualistic approaches in my practice. I am a clinical supervisor and train associates in my group practice to provide gender affirming care as well to increase community access to care.
