My approach is trauma-informed, relational, direct, and holistic. My orientation is largely somatic - the wisdom of the body guides our work together. I also pull from ecopsychology and transpersonal psychology to harmoniously support our ability to find grounding in the current circumstances and build trust in the natural rhythms and cycles of our lives. As a gender expansive, non-binary clinician, I center and empathize with the experiences of the LGBTQIA+ population. I provide therapy for trans folks because I want to support the future of our trans populations. I have background and lived experience with eating disorders, gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia and can support you with finding gender affirming medical care with letters to support your transition.
