Dre Meller

Hi! I'm Dre and I'm a total nerd. I love working with other nerdy, neurodivergent and queer teens, adults, and couples. My special interests are helping folx with their relationships, somatic based therapy, and trauma-informed/affirming practices. As an AuDHD therapist, I have lived experience that I lean on. I offer a collaborative approach that centers you. I love metaphors and sometimes use humour in the process. My work supports naming oppressive structures and systemic harms. I am not here to “fix” you and don't work from a medical model. I help normalize the emotional responses to a system that isn't working for many of us. My most used phrase in sessions is, “of course” or “that makes a lot of sense to me.” I stay present with clients and work in ways that are affirming. I work with the goals you have for yourself or changes you would like to see. I am currently private pay and don't accept any insurance. Supervised by Rachel Robbins, Psy.D
