Biographical Info
I’m a queer, cis somatic therapist offering teen, adult, and relationship counseling. I have experience supporting gender-expansive clients, and my practice is especially focused on the intersection of queer and neurodivergent identities. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we can explore together. I draw from a variety of approaches to shape our work around what feels most supportive for you. My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in social justice, with care for how identity, culture, and oppression shape our sense of safety and belonging. I don’t see you as something to "fix." Instead, I’m curious about what has helped you survive and how we can explore what you need to truly thrive. Together, we’ll strengthen your capacity for choice and agency by tuning into the ways your body’s signals carry your inner wisdom.
