The All Gender Care Guide is a resource guide for a variety of services that are affirming of people of ALL genders.

We are based in Sonoma and Marin Counties in California. Our listed resources are mostly local. Some are in nearby counties, and we’ve included a few national resources. Our intention is to expand this list to include resources for more of Northern California.

About the Association
The All Gender Care Guide is a California nonprofit organization in formation, seeking federal recognition as a 501(c)(6) professional association. It is governed by a small volunteer board of directors, including a President, Secretary, and Treasurer, who oversee guide resources, decision-making, fundraising and financial management.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a trusted information hub and resource platform for those seeking equitable, respectful, and inclusive care for all individuals, regardless of gender, gender identity, or gender expression. The guide features gender-affirming healthcare and related services to other affirming resources such as electrolysis, voice training, legal support and more.

Membership
Membership is open to providers and professionals listed in the Guide, such as healthcare and mental health providers who actively support and deliver gender-affirming care. Membership reflects a commitment to our mission and values—there are no fees, dues, or obligations, only a shared dedication to inclusive, non-discriminatory care. Membership is professional, not general public; it represents those who contribute expertise and resources to the Guide.
